We are looking for a Merchant Acquisition Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, who will be a key contributor to the growth and success of our organization by actively participating in the acquisition of new clients and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role will involve direct engagement with clients, conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to optimize sales performance. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales efforts while gaining valuable experience in the field of sales acquisition and business development.

 Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual along with team acquisition target.
  • Working with management to set realistic yet ambitious sales targets for the team and individual members. Tracking progress towards these goals and making adjustments as needed.
  • Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement, uncover potential problems, and inform future strategies.
  • Devising effective acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Implementing these strategies by assigning tasks, allocating resources, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to individual team members, helping them improve their skills and reach their full potential. Conducting training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Providing additional sales/acquisition support to team members where needed, such as assisting with complex proposals or negotiations.
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Identifying and resolving any customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Preparing the checklist and processing of all legal documents of merchants.
  • Enhancing business scope for the merchants by providing our invoicing solution and payment collecting solution.
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Report preparing and presenting.
  • Regularly arrange meetings with new clients & visit directly with them.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current & future market.
  • Explain complex information clearly and simply to the clients.
  • Prepare & Conduct Business Communication documents, Proposals, Presentation.
  • Look for competitor’s activities and market scenario.
  • Making decisions at the macro and micro levels about online fee payments.
  • Target analyzing, Team target distribution, Monitoring and Planning for target achieve

Your KSAOs

  • Must have experience in B2B acquisition.
  • Must have expertise in Microsoft office packages – Excel, word, PowerPoint.
  • Must experience in CRM.
Your Education and Experience
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.
