Job Context
We are looking for Deputy Manager for our Business Development Department, who will explore new prospects and sales among the corporates to ensure certain enhancement of corporate business to achieve company goals and ensure the best in customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
- Ensure regular client visits and correspondences to achieve a set of KPIs
- Prepare & execute detailed sales plan for the assigned sales target
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT services (Customized Solutions, Digital Campaigns, Business Automation)
- Develop and execute “Business Development Plan” to maximize revenue in shared wallet accounts and gain maximum market share as per strategy
- Execute deal shaping exercise to enhance ICT (Information Communication & Technology) solution business for the division
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ICT trends and technologies
- Own technical issues and drive resolution activities to completion
- Visit the clients in different organizations for sales lead generation and/or relationship building
- Assist the manager in achieving sales goals and also maintaining and growing strategic plans
- Demonstrate and assist in the best application of products and services
- Develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns
- Investigate and solve customers’ problem.
- Must act as a channel between the company and its current & future markets.
- Generate potential sales and meet the sales target.
- Research the latest products and regulations.
- Explain complex information clearly and simply to the clients.
- Review own performance & aim at exceeding the targets & looking for new sales opportunity.
- Look for competitors’ activities and market scenarios.
- Follow-up customers through direct visits, email and telemarketing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports.
