We are looking for an Executive/ Senior Executive for our Documentation & External Audit department. The incumbent will prepare business documents to assist the Govt. Project Team to perform their sales and marketing activities and attract newer clients. To establish an effective communication process with existing customers and other stakeholders.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and presentations as per the request of the Sales Teams with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the customers
  • Study RFP/Tender schedules of Govt. ministries and Govt. Autonomous organizations and prepare the submission of bids/proposals/offers within the deadline with strict conformity to the rules and regulations of the concerned organizations
  • Prepare responses to EOI as per the criteria of the EOI notices
  • Prepare, organize, and complete business metrics, concept notes, business strategy, and other business information documentation
  • Prepare process flow charts, diagrams, and service descriptions and incorporate those in relevant documents Meets with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed
  • Prepare various letters, and emails to communicate with external stakeholders
  • Preparing different PDS and case studies for submission of EOI to add extra value to the document
  • Participate in Pre-Proposal meeting if and when required
  • Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts and prepare easily comprehensible for non-technical people.
  • Review and edit existing documents to improve writing, styles, formatting, contents, etc., and also keep records of any changes made
  • Remains up-to-date on technological and product developments as well as universal specifications relevant to the industry
  • Ensure complete secrecy in managing confidential documents
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Skills & Knowledge Requirement

    Must have proven experience in submitting bids on e-GP and other portals Online bidding portals of various Govt. entity, iNGOs, and donor agencies.
    Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent command of English and professional writing skills demonstrated by a score in IELTS (Minimum 7.0) or other similar international tests.
    Advanced Level skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
    Prior Knowledge in SmartDraw / MsVisio/ Draw.io, or other diagrams generating tools will be an added advantage.
    Graphic design and creative skills will be an asset.
    Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
    Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking, and compliant with business ethics.

Educational & Experience Requirement

    BBA/MBA, Bachelor’s Degree in CSE, Honors/Masters with a major in Journalism, English, Communications or relevant subject from a reputed University.
    3 – 5 years of experience in the relevant field. (Must have experience in the govt proposal submission)
