What You Will Do

  • Perform regular field visits/Cold call to find out campaign and new business scopes from the market
  • Set meetings to reach the target customers
  • Identifying the business scope and opportunities from customer requirement
  • Clearly understand the customer requirement and prepare scope for the campaign execution
  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
  • Assess and address technical or compliance risks from the campaign point of view for a requirement
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the prospective customers
  • Work with internal teams, ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match client expectations
  • Constant Follow up clients on the campaign updates
  • Follow up and maintain good communication with the internal departments to get updates on the campaign progress and to finish in due time
  • Perform campaign demos to customers
  • Set pricing for different kind of solution to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Support Campaign Team in analyzing the customer requirement related with all the enterprise solution product
  • Prepare regular campaign reports like (Daily Meeting reports/ Daily Activities Report/ Monthly Sales Reports)
Your KSAOs:
  • Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly report in according to company/department policy
  • Prepare presentations on campaign ideas and present to client
  • Maintain quality relationship with current and potential customers
  • Ensure Maximum client retention number through market visit and
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
  • Communicate with project and technical team and deliver campaign on time
  • Visiting Clients frequently to achieve the sales target
  • Good understanding of the Information Technology, Enterprise Solution, Brand & Marketing ideas and strategies and should have experience to deal with client in the corporate sector
  • Sales skills in services like Consumer Campaign design and implementation, Communication channels (Chatbot, WhatsApp, Messenger based solution), Customized solution focused etc.
  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • OUT of the BOX thinker and CAN-DO attitude is a must
  • Excellent command over English
  • Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Power-point
Your Education and Experience
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience within Marketing Agency/Enterprise Solution/Information Technology Sales sector with proven track record.
  • Should have experience in the IT Enabled Services
  • B.Sc/BBA and/or MS/MBA from a reputed university with major in Marketing/Computer Science/EEE from any UGC approved reputed university.
