Job Responsibilities

  • Compose contents for technical/business documents and training materials including but not limited to Tender/RFP/RFQ, templates, training manuals, user manuals, installation guides, compliance documentation, reports, etc.
  • Edit, standardize, or make changes to functional descriptions, system specifications, reports, or any other document prepared by other authors or sources
  • Organize material and complete documentation assignments according to company standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
  • Assist with establishing guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs and requirements
  • Develop Process Diagram & Description, including high-level process integration maps and detailed process flows
  • Support the company’s knowledge management (KM) activities, including organizing and developing the SSL’s Intranet and knowledge repositories



Additional Requirements
  • Strong interest in writing with prior experience in writing technical/business documentation.
  • Intermediate software skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Visio, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Capable of working under strict timelines and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Your Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English/Bengali, Business Management/ Studies, Journalism, CSE, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or related field.
