Your Responsibilities
- Perform regular field visits/Cold call to find out campaign and new business scopes from the market
- Set meetings to reach the target customers
- Identifying the business scope and opportunities from customer requirement
- Clearly understand the customer requirement and prepare scope for the campaign execution
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
- Assess and address technical or compliance risks from the campaign point of view for a requirement
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the prospective customers
- Work with internal teams, ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match client expectations
- Constant Follow up clients on the campaign updates
- Follow up and maintain good communication with the internal departments to get updates on the campaign progress and to finish in due time
- Perform campaign demos to customers
- Set pricing for different kind of solution to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Support Campaign Team in analyzing the customer requirement related with all the enterprise solution product
- Prepare regular campaign reports like (Daily Meeting reports/ Daily Activities Report/ Monthly Sales Reports)
KSAOs That You Must Have
- Good understanding of the Information Technology, Enterprise Solution, Brand & Marketing ideas and strategies and should have experience to deal with client in the corporate sector
- Sales skills in services like Consumer Campaign design and implementation, Communication channels (Chatbot, WhatsApp, Messenger based solution), Customized solution focused
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- OUT of the BOX thinker and CAN-DO attitude is a must
- Excellent command over English
- Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
- Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Power-point
