Prototyping and Projects
Our research consists of technical development activities undertaken in developing new services or products constituting the first stage of development of a potential new product/service. We first build a Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate the feasibility of a concept/idea and verify that it has practical potential. At the POC stage, this is usually a small project and is not a complete product.
Then in the second stage, we go for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) where we build a version of the product/service with just enough features to satisfy early customers and collect feedback for future product development. Based on MVP’s success in the initial market, we go for releasing a commercial distribution of the final version of the product, which may be preceded by alpha and then a beta release.

A device to monitor and control your water reservoir (tank). It can automatically turn the motors on/off based on the water level.

A smart plug can be controlled from anywhere in the world by simply connecting it to the internet. You can control the device through the Aladin app and get a visualization of energy consumption, any leakage, or energy drawing device.
