We are looking for Junior Executive/Senior Executive for the department Business Development, who will look after corporate & B2B Sales related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales targets. Those who are experienced only in the Corporate Sales & B2B Sales department and have enough skill in this sector are encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
    Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans designed to achieve sustained growth.
  • Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales & B2B Sales
  • Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a sales plan/strategy
  • Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members
  • Must achieve the different monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target
  • Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ensuring required inter department communication for any service integration, process improvement, legal aspect etc.
  • Arrange meetings with new clients & visit directly with them.
  • Identify new trends in digital competency, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Work with Product, Support and Technical teams to ensure the highest level of service for our clients/partners.
  • Maintain & develop good relationship with potential leads and client and follow-up with them.
  • Investigate and solve customers’ problem.
  • Must act as a channel between the company and its current & future market.
  • Generate potential sales and meet the sales target.
  • Explain complex information clearly and simply to the clients.
  • Review own performance & aim at exceeding the targets & looking for new sales opportunity.
  • Look for competitor’s activities and market scenario.
  • Follow-up customers through direct visit, email and telemarketing.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Report.
KSAOs That You Must Have
  • Excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skill
  • Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Power-point
  • A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, pro-activeness and good communication skills is must for this position.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
Education and Experience Requirements
  • BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS from any reputed university with major in Marketing/any Other subject
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales/ B2B Business/ Enterprise Solution Sales with proven track record.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bulk SMS, Voice SMS, Email Marketing, Enterprise Solution product, Software Sales, Digital Solutions etc.
