Your Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
- Ensure regular client visit and correspondences to achieve set of KPI targets
- Prepare & execute detailed sales plan for assigned sales target
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ICT trends and technologies
- Clearly understand the customer requirement and prepare scope for the Software/Solution development
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
- Assess and address technical risks from the development point of view for a requirement
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the prospective customers
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT services (Software Development, Customized Solution, Business Automation)
- Follow up and maintain good communication with the departments to get updates on the development progress and to finish the project in due time
- If required work with external third parties to develop any solution
- Perform product demos to customers
- Set pricing for different kind of solution to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Prepare regular reports like (Daily Meeting reports/ Daily Activities Report/ Monthly Sales Reports)
KSAOs That You Must Have
- Good understanding of the Information Technology industry Enterprise Solution Market and should have experience to deal with client in the corporate sector
- Sales skills in software services like Web Application Development, Apps Development, E-commerce/ Organizational Website Development, Customized Solution Development, Chat-bot, Domain, Hosting server, Cyber Security products and any other technology product.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command over English
- Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
- Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Power-point
