Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Cyber Security Solution & Services—Business Development

Job Context

We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Cyber Security Solution & Services for the department Business Development, who will look after cyber security sales in the corporate & B2B sector and will be responsible for achieving yearly sales targets. Those who are experienced in the cybersecurity industry and have enough skills for cybersecurity product sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Perform as a cybersecurity sales engineer, which is a client-facing role; responsible for understanding customers’ cybersecurity requirements and mapping them to cybersecurity solutions.
  • Market Visit & create the opportunity for Cyber Security Solutions/Services/Training
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase.
  • Assist for effective and result-oriented communication and presentations to corporate sales & B2B Sales
  • Collect the latest market information and incorporate it into a marketing plan/strategy
  • Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and share the same feeling with each of the team members
  • Analyze competitors’ activity and sales trends, and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage
  • Ensuring required interdepartmental communication for any service integration, process improvement, legal aspect, etc.
  • Setting individual sales targets, tracking sales goals, and reporting as necessary
  • Explore self-driven the new opportunity of cybersecurity solutions/services/training.
  • Analyzing weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly sales reports.

KSAOs that You Will Require to Succeed in this Role

  • Sales experience & understanding of Cybersecurity Solutions, e.g., endpoint security solution, EDR, XDR, Email Security, Network Security, Backup Solution, WAF, VAPT, PAM, FIM, & ISO 27001
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have to be a team player, have the ability to adopt latest technologies, able to work in strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
  • Excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skill
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness, and good communication skills is a MUST for this position.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • BBA/MBA/Marketing/CSE from a reputed university
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in the relevant fields.
  • Must have experience in leading a team
