Your Responsibilities
- Spearhead B2B software and service sales within the BFSI sector by identifying, approaching, and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive revenue and ensure successful deal closure.
- Assist clients in recognizing service-related challenges and guide them toward impactful, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
- Leverage advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT and Co-Pilot to conduct in-depth client research and craft highly personalized sales strategies.
- Develop compelling, AI-powered proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs and aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize AI-integrated CRM platforms to monitor client journeys, prioritize high-value opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Conduct strategic market assessments with a strong focus on competitor activity, generating actionable insights and recommending adaptive go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend best-fit software solutions that align with their organizational vision and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure consistent and meaningful client engagement through intelligent automation, including email sequences, follow-up workflows, and customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including technical, pre-sales, and product units—to deliver innovative and client-focused solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets while driving sustainable revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Stay attuned to industry dynamics and technological advancements to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new solution development.

Your Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or CSE from a reputable university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in software sales will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
