Job Context
We are looking for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager, Software Sales for the department Business Development, who will look after Enterprise Solution Team and will be responsible for the various Enterprise Solution and Software Development Sales in corporate & B2B sector and will be responsible for achieving yearly sales targets. Those who are experienced in Software Sales and have enough skills for technology product sales are encouraged to apply.
- Identify and explore new market segments and business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Conduct regular client visits, correspondence, and follow-ups to meet KPI targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute detailed and strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into software/solution requirements and project scopes.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and, when necessary, external third parties to develop and deliver customized ICT solutions.
- Perform product demonstrations and communicate technical solutions effectively to clients.
- Set pricing strategies for solutions to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance.
- Stay updated on ICT trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes for strategic planning.
- Ensure smooth project execution through continuous communication with development and operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities and assess technical risks from a development perspective.
KSAOs that You Will Require to Succeed in this Role
- Strong understanding of software products, ICT services, and B2B sales strategy.
- Good communication, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, planning and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, Power-point and other AI tools
- A strong sense of responsibility, accountability
- Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
Education and Experience Requirements
- BBA/MBA/Marketing/CSE from a reputed university
- 4 to 8 years of experience in the relevant fields.
- Must have experience in leading a team
