Digital Transformation Executive

SSL Wireless is looking for a Digital Transformation Executive to assist in executing and managing digital transformation projects and processes. This role is essential for ensuring smooth coordination, effective documentation, and successful implementation of digital tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of digital transformation, digital processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business and operation processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Design and develop Excel templates to streamline operations, data management and reporting.
• Assist in onboarding new Excel templates by providing training and support to end-users.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design processes that can be automated using digital tools and technologies.
• Develop process documentation and workflow diagrams to support automation efforts.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital solution plans, including roadmaps and feature specifications.
• Assist in defining digital solution requirements and aligning them with business and operation objectives.

• Work with design teams to create prototypes for UI/UX.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team in the development, deployment, and UAT of digital solutions.

• Assist in UAT to ensure that digital solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Provide orientation and training to users on new digital tools, templates, and processes.
• Assist in the making of training materials, documentation and video manuals.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users, and work with Engineering team to address any issues.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in digital processes and tools.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work closely with Data and Engineering teams in Data Analytics.

• Organize, manage, and maintain digital documents and templates related to digital transformation projects.
• Ensure that documents are up-to-date, accurately categorized, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital transformation efforts.

KSAOs that You will need to Succeed in this Role

• Understanding of digital transformation, solution development and data analysis.
• Understanding of process design and automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and templating.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Project).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned tasks.
