SSLCOMMERZ is looking for a smart, confident, and motivated Sales & Telesales Intern to join our dynamic Sales team. The selected intern will assist in telesales and sales activities, focusing on lead generation, customer communication, and market engagement. This 3-month paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional sales operations and develop real-world business communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote SSLCOMMERZ products and services.
Identify sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
Assist in preparing and executing sales presentations and proposals.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Collect market feedback and report customer insights to the supervisor.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Prepare and maintain daily activity and call summary reports.
Your Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field from a reputed university.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English will be considered an advantage.
