Job Context

SSLCOMMERZ is looking for a smart, confident, and motivated Sales & Telesales Intern to join our dynamic Sales team. The selected intern will assist in telesales and sales activities, focusing on lead generation, customer communication, and market engagement. This 3-month paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional sales operations and develop real-world business communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote SSLCOMMERZ products and services.
  • Identify sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Assist in preparing and executing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collect market feedback and report customer insights to the supervisor.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain daily activity and call summary reports.
 

Your Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field from a reputed university.

  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English will be considered an advantage.
