Job Context
We are offering a 3-month paid, full-time internship opportunity for fresh graduates who are motivated to begin their professional careers in the fintech industry. SSLCOMMERZ is one of Bangladesh’s pioneer and leading payment gateway companies, playing a key role in enabling a Digital & Cashless Bangladesh. Our platform facilitates millions of digital transactions every day by connecting merchants, banks, and mobile financial services through a secure and integrated payment ecosystem. This internship is designed to provide hands-on corporate exposure, real business understanding, and professional skill development. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business and operational activities of assigned teams
- Assist in documentation, coordination, reporting, and basic data handling
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and team members
- Learn and follow corporate policies, processes, and compliance standards
- Participate in assigned projects and complete tasks with accountability
- Adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic digital payment environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates only (recently completed a bachelor’s degree).
- Academic background in Business, Management, CSE, IT, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and professional communication.
