We are seeking a Senior Executive for our Business Development Department to oversee Corporate and B2B Sales activities and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have proven experience exclusively in Corporate and B2B Sales, with strong skills in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales targets. Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and explore new markets to contribute to sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans designed to achieve sustainable growth.
- Assist with effective, result-oriented communication and presentations for Corporate and B2B Sales.
- Collect the latest market information and incorporate it into sales plans and strategies.
- Understand the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction, and ensure the same mindset within the team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure required interdepartmental communication for service integration, process improvement, legal issues, etc.
- Arrange meetings with new clients and conduct direct visits.
- Identify new trends in digital competency, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Work with Product, Support, and Technical teams to ensure the highest level of service for clients and partners.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with potential leads and clients, and follow up with them regularly.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Act as a channel between the company and its current and future markets.
- Generate potential sales opportunities and meet assigned sales targets.
- Explain complex information clearly and simply to clients.
- Review personal performance, strive to exceed targets, and actively search for new sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze the overall market scenario.
- Follow up with customers through direct visits, email communication, and telemarketing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness, and professionalism is essential for this position.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying business analysis skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet strict deadlines.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Business, or Enterprise Solution Sales with a proven track record.
- Prior experience in any of the following areas is preferred: Bulk SMS, Voice SMS, Email Marketing, Enterprise Solution Products, Software Sales, or Digital Solutions.
Educational Qualifications
- BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS from any reputed university, preferably with a major in Marketing or any related subject.
