Senior Executive /Assistant Manager, ICT Sales
Job Context
We are looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, ICT Sales for the Business Development Department, who will be responsible for promoting and selling ICT solutions and customized software to corporate and B2B clients. The incumbent will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of ICT sales strategies. He will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, preparing detailed sales plans, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and coordination with internal teams. Candidates with experience in ICT sales, software solutions, and business automation, along with a sound understanding of technology-driven products and services, are highly encouraged to apply.
Job responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and explore new markets to increase overall sales.
Ensure regular client visits and maintain consistent communication to achieve set KPI targets.
Prepare and execute detailed sales plans to meet assigned sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest ICT trends, technologies, and market developments.
Clearly understand customer requirements and prepare scopes for software or solution development.
Uncover and analyze customer needs, then translate them into actionable technical requirements.
Assess and address potential technical risks from the development perspective for each requirement.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with a clear understanding of client specifications and expectations.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT services, including Software Development, Customized Solutions, and Business Automation.
Coordinate with internal departments to monitor development progress and ensure timely project completion.
Collaborate with external third parties when required to develop or enhance solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations for clients.
Set pricing strategies for various solutions to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Prepare and maintain regular reports such as Daily Meeting Reports, Daily Activity Reports, and Monthly Sales Reports.
KSAOs that You Will Require to Succeed in this Role
- Good understanding of the Information Technology industry, Enterprise Solution Market, and should have experience in dealing with clients in the corporate sector
- Sales skills in software services like Web Application Development, Apps Development, E-commerce/ Organizational Website Development, Customized Solution Development, Chat-bot, Domain, Hosting server, Cyber Security products, and any other technology product.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English
- Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience Requirements
- BSc/BBA/CSE from a reputed university with a major in Computer Science/ Marketing from any UGC approved reputed university. An MBA/MSC degree is an added advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience within the Software/ Enterprise Solution/Information Technology Sales sector with a proven track record.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ICT Solutions, Enterprise Solution, Digital Solutions, etc.
