Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute detailed sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Visit clients across various organizations to generate sales leads and build relationships.
- Demonstrate and assist in the best application of products and services
- Perform presentations, meetings, and discussions with valued clients to promote sales.
- Develop new business clients and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals based on service and solution requirements.
- Create, design, and implement nationwide consumer campaigns.
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize an analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Apply critical thinking skills to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and assist team members as needed to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain strong brand collaborations and relationships with key stakeholders.
KSAOs That You Must Have
- Proven track record of working in Telco background/ Agency/ Marketing firm/ Corporate Organization/ Brand & marketing professionals shall be given preference.
- Understanding of tech-based campaign solutions would be highly appreciated
- Proper knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required.
- Flexible to take any responsibility whenever required
- Outspoken person with a great managing capability
- Should work as a proactive team player
Education and Experience Requirements
- BBA/ B.Sc/ MBA/ from reputed Public/Private University in Bangladesh
- At least 2-4 years of working experience with proven track record.
