We are hiring an experienced Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS) to onboard merchants from Banking & Financial Institutions, Government agencies, and Utility & Billing service providers. Candidates must have experience in fintech sales or solution selling with strong analytical skills.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard merchants from Banking, Government, and Utility sectors.
- Manage end-to-end process: pitching, documentation, KYC, compliance & activation.
- Coordinate with Technical, Compliance & Operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with key officials and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and update CRM.
Your Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fintech/payment gateway/B2B solution selling.
- Strong knowledge of digital payments & merchant onboarding.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
