Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales – Banking and Financial Services Department

Job Context

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join one of our Business Teams. You will be thriving (along with your team) to acquire new clients in Insurance, Banking, Financial, and NGO sectors, achieve sales targets and ensure continuous growth of the company. If you are experienced in the software/service sales domain, have good networks in the insurance sector, and have knowledge of Insurtech, we are looking for you.   • In-depth understanding of how Bank, NBFI, insurance functions work and the technological needs of this sector.
  • Strong relationship to clients to ensure achievements in sales considering defined targets and business continuity for organization growth.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
  • Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales
  • Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
  • Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales & Marketing department
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed
  • Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy
  • Good knowledge on several types of tender process like RFQ, RFP, LTM etc.
  • Documentation related to a proposal like Solution Document, Solution Diagram, Project Management, SLA & Maintenance Plan, Project Plan, Training Plan, etc. preparation.

  • Strong and positive attitude and Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Tech-savvy & advance-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Education and Experience Requirements
  • BBA/MBA/Marketing/CSE from a reputed university
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in the relevant fields.
  • Must have experience in leading a team
  • If you have good networks in the insurance sector and knowledge of Insurtech, you have the advantage
