Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales – Banking and Financial Services Department

Job Context

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join one of our Business Teams. You will be thriving (along with your team) to acquire new clients in Insurance, Banking, Financial, and NGO sectors, achieve sales targets and ensure continuous growth of the company. If you are experienced in the software/service sales domain, have good networks in the insurance sector, and have knowledge of Insurtech, we are looking for you.   • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales & Marketing department
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments
  • Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
  • Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales
  • Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
  • Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed
  • Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy
  • Vast knowledge on IT enterprise solution
  • Prepare Tender Proposal, good knowledge on Government Procurement Process
  • Documentation related to a proposal like Solution Document, Solution Diagram, Project Management, SLA & Maintenance Plan, Project Plan, Training Plan, etc. preparation.
  • Partner and supplier account management

  • In-depth understanding of how banking & insurance functions work and the technological needs of this sector.
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team and ensure continuous development of the team members.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure.
  • Very good in English writing and speaking.
  • Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter who strategically plans for success.
  • Logical thinking capability with time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Creating & maintaining strong communication with clients.
  • Strong efficiency in documentation & client communication knowledge.
  • Strong and positive attitude.
  • Tech-savvy & advance-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Education and Experience Requirements
  • CSE/EEE/ Business Graduate from a reputed university
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in the relevant fields.
  • Must have experience in leading team
  • If you have good networks in the insurance sector and knowledge of Insurtech you have the advantage
