Executive, Key Account Manager (E-Commerce Services)

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Executive Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing important accounts, building lasting relationships with organizations, and driving revenue growth through the utilization of our payment solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and managing the existing merchant portfolio in alignment with company strategies. This includes completing the acquisition process, ensuring retention, and generating leads from the current base. Building strong relationships with clients will be key to maintaining a healthy portfolio, while also identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to meet merchant needs.

  • You are expected to meet transaction targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring the achievement of both financial and non-financial KPIs.

  • You will handle the collection and processing of all necessary documents required for account activation, ensuring compliance with internal processes while coordinating with stakeholders.

  • You will initiate and execute campaigns aimed at boosting business. This involves coordinating with internal departments such as operations, technical, legal, and marketing, as well as external stakeholders, for account and campaign processing. You will also contribute to strategic planning for merchant growth and collect competition intelligence for market insights and planning.

  • Providing end-to-end service to merchants will be a key part of your role, ensuring smooth account operations while taking initiatives to engage clients and enhance their overall experience. You will also negotiate contracts with merchants and establish clear performance timelines, representing SSLCOMMERZ positively and professionally in the market.

  • Finally, you will keep accurate records of client interactions and activities to support better reporting and provide valuable insights.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum one to two years of experience in merchant/customer management. Experience in techno communication and the payment industry will add an advantage
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Must be fluent in English communication
  • We highly value candidates who demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Excel, as higher Excel efficiency will receive additional preference
