End results of these visions are developing new technology products, features or developing a new process that drives growth or operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Drive the execution of all digital product’s lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Breaking down business/user problems into parts and creating interactive solutions for the problems by creating products/features/processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders (such as customers, vendors, partners, business development and the open-source community) to understand needs and priorities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by project management and engineering teams.
- Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions and keep up the continuous improvement of the user journey as product backlog.
- Innovate different products/campaigns to increase revenue through modifying current portfolio, discussing changes among the team, and implementing changes for the existing DCB and digital products.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including project management, software development engineers, operation managers, finance, supply chain, leadership and merchants to implement features for roll-out.
- Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
- Formulate and present pitch presentations, product demonstration presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that strategic projects are being managed with a structured project management approach so that expected benefit of the projects are being realized.
