We are looking for competent System Specialists for our Network and Systems Department. You will analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems. Besides, you will be required to manage IT infrastructure operations, operational tasks, process and procedures including but not limited to various server configuration (Web, DNS, Active Directory. DHCP server) based on RedHat and Windows Server and various level of Network configuration, define and deliver continuous improvement in operational process
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network devices, and virtualization.
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of company intranets and computer systems.
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, systems performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Performing system upgrades following new releases.
- Prepare documentation of technical tasks or any new deployment.
- Interact with the team members and other departments to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
