Job Context
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for our Business Development team. The role involves generating reports, analyzing customer behavior, optimizing Key Account Manager performance, and developing predictive models. With expertise in statistical mathematics, data modeling, and tools like Power BI and SQL, you’ll empower data-driven decision-making, market segmentation, profit analysis, and pricing strategies to drive our business to new heights.
What You Will Do
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly report generation based on business requirements
- Customer behavioral and churn analysis and find out the gap and provide the solution to the consumer end
- KAM performance analysis, their target vs. achievement analysis and ensure data-driven support to achieve their target
- Prepare various analytical reports and metrics as per management requirements
- Develop and maintain automated dashboard, metrics, and data visualization
- Develop a predictive model as per business need
- Forecast the business on a short-term as well as long-term basis to achieve the operational goal
- Analyze business data, and competitive market data, and support data-driven decision-making
- Market segmentation and fix the strategy for each segment
- Profit and loss analysis
- Track the cash collection
- Product cost and pricing analysis
- Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales, and forecasting
KSAOs that You Will Require to Succeed in this Role
- High level of statistical mathematics aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Clear understanding of fact, dimension variables, and data modeling techniques
- Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Time and project management skills
- Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI/ Tableau, SQL, RDBMS, Dynamic Dashboard
- Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
