Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience exclusively in Account Management and Acquisition roles.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve given sales targets through effective sales management.
- Enrich the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, with a primary focus on SME merchants.
- Be prepared for daily in-person visits and meetings with merchants.
- Identify potential SME merchant prospects and generate leads.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers in person to develop business relationships.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct market research on similar services or products.
- Maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams for client acquisition as needed.
- Plan and present reports on sales progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
- Maintain the CRM database.
- Develop processes, systems, and databases to gain insights into the market.
